VIAJES IN PERU is the commercial name of the company Inversiones In Perú EIRL and therefore it is recognized by the Department of Tourism of Peru as a Travel Agency and Tour Operator.

We Offer the following services:

  • Private transportation for short distances (airport/hotel/airport) (bus/hotel/bus).
  • Private local excursions according to the passenger’s requested program.
  • Private and/or public transportation between cities.
  • Excursions accompanied by professional guides.

PRIVATE TOURS

  • Private transportation for local transfers (airport/hotel/airport) (bus/hotel/bus).
  • Private local excursions according to the designed program.
  • Private and/or public transportation between cities.
  • Excursions accompanied by local professional guides.

GROUP TOURS 

  • Private and/or group transportation for short distances (airport/hotel/airport) (bus/hotel/bus).
  • Shared group local excursions.
  • Intercity transfers in very comfortable sleeper buses.
  • Excursions accompanied by local professional guides.

BOOKING & RESERVATION POLICY

Book Your Northern Peru Experience with Confidence

When you book one of our unforgettable tours in Northern Peru, we ensure a smooth, and personalized travel experience from start to finish.


1. Easy & Secure Booking Process

To confirm your reservation:

  • A deposit of 80% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking
  • The remaining 20% must be paid upon arrival, before the tour begins

2. Information Required

To organize your trip properly, please provide:

  • Full name and contact details
  • Selected tour or package
  • Travel dates
  • Number of participants
  • Special requirements (dietary, mobility, etc.)
  • Relevant health conditions (if applicable)

👉 Your information is handled securely and used exclusively to operate your trip.


3. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club
  • Bank transfers and deposits (Peru and international)

Important:

  • Bank or transaction fees are the responsibility of the client
  • Currency exchange differences may apply depending on your bank
  • Payments in a different currency will be calculated using our internal exchange rate
  • For security reasons, we may request partial card verification and ID confirmation

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible:

  • Free cancellation up to 10 days before arrival
  • ✅ Refunds apply minus administrative/transaction fees
  • ❌ No refunds for cancellations made less than 10 days before the tour
  • ❌ No refunds for unused services or voluntary withdrawal during the trip

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.


5. Changes & Travel Conditions

Our tours operate in real environments involving nature, culture, and local logistics.

In rare cases (weather, strikes, force majeure, or operational reasons):

  • Itineraries may be adjusted
  • Alternative experiences will be provided
  • Partial refunds or rescheduling may apply when necessary

6. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Travelers are responsible for:
    • Valid passport and travel documents
    • Visa requirements (if applicable)
  • Clients must inform us before booking about:
    • Medical conditions
    • Physical limitations
    • Special assistance needs

👉 This allows us to recommend the most suitable and safe experiences.


7. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our company is not responsible for:

  • Health issues, pregnancy, or pre-existing conditions that may affect participation
  • Situations where a traveler is unable to complete the tour due to personal conditions

No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.


8. Special Conditions for Cruise Passengers (Shore Excursions)

For one-day shore excursions:

  • ✅ 50% refund if the port is closed (weather or force majeure)
  • ✅ 100% refund if canceled up to 6 days before arrival
  • ❌ No refund for cancellations made 5 days or less before arrival

9. Additional Information

  • Tours operate daily and are fully customizable
  • Private services require a minimum of 2 travelers
  • Hotels and meals are not included unless specified
  • We can assist with:
    • Hotel bookings
    • Transportation
    • Restaurant recommendations
    • Tailor-made experiences
